Our UL-891 listed Low Voltage Switchboards deliver reliable power distribution up to 4,000A with short circuit protection up to 100kA at 480V. Each switchboard features a fully rated silver-plated copper bus or tin-plated aluminum bus, modular construction, and fixed-mount or draw-out breakers. It handles 600VAC or 250VDC systems with neutral ratings up to 200% for 4-wire configurations.
Available in Type 1 or 3R enclosures with multi-door vault options and custom skid-mounted configurations, our switchboards integrate panelboards, automatic transfer switches, surge protection, transformers, motor starters, PLCs, and comprehensive metering systems. Select fixed-mount or draw-out breakers for mains and feeders. Integrate panelboards, ATS, transformers, motor starters, PLCs, metering, and monitoring—all within a single, coordinated enclosure.
Bus & Breaker Configurations
Specify silver-plated copper bus (1000A/sq in.) or tin-plated aluminum bus (750A/sq in.) with fully rated systems up to 4000A, 600VAC. Choose thermal magnetic or electronic circuit breakers with 80% or 100% ratings, standard or high kAIC values. NEMA 1 or 3R enclosures in carbon steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. Factory-tested and UL 891 / cUL listed.
