In 2000, MCI expanded its capabilities by manufacturing UL-listed portable switchboards and panelboards for the 2002 Winter Olympics. This milestone marked the beginning of MCI’s longstanding reputation for delivering custom switchboard and panelboard solutions for major sporting events worldwide.
In 2020, MCI seized another growth opportunity by entering the data center market. This led to the creation of the Switchboard Technologies Group (STG), dedicated to designing and manufacturing UL891-listed switchboards, panelboards, and distribution products tailored to the unique needs of this rapidly growing sector.
